We use email and our own Ketchikan Theatre Ballet app to send out updates & information regarding classes & upcoming events.

Below you’ll find directions on how to stay connected.

  • Most emails are sent from noreply@jackrabbittech.com and show up as Ketchikan Theatre Ballet in your inbox. You can reply to these emails despite the from address.
    You may also receive emails from businessoffice@ketchikantheatreballet.com. Ensure that you have both of these emails saved as contacts so they don’t get sent to spam.

  • You can download this app for Apple, Samsung, and Google devices. Search for Ketchikan Theatre Ballet. You’ll need to sign-up as a new app user (preferably with the same email you used for your parent portal). Once you’re signed into the app, you’ll need to log into your parent portal. Once this is completed, you’ll stay logged in. Push notifications are sent through the app so ensure you have notifications turned on.
