BALLET - female
Monochromatic Leotard
Pink or skin-tone footed or convertible tights.
Sheer ballet skirts may be worn for barre. Skirts may be worn during center work at the instructor’s discretion
Pink Ballet Slippers; preferably Capezio, Bloch, Sansha or Grishko brand.
Ballet I-Ballet III must wear full-sole leather slippers.
Ballet IV-Ballet IX must wear split-sole leather or canvas slippers.
Hair must be tied back in a bun if long enough.
Senior & Junior Company dancers must have a solid black leotard for auditioning.
Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet wear footless tights as they dance in their bare feet.
BALLET - male
Black athletic pants & white fitted shirt
Black ballet shoes with white or black socks; preferably Capezio, Block, Sansha, Grishko, or Fuze brand.
Black ballet shoes; preferably Capezio, Bloch, Sansha, Grishko, or Fuze brand.
Ballet I-Ballet III must wear full-sole leather shoes.
Ballet IV-Ballet IX may wear split-sole canvas shoes.
Creative Movement & Pre-Ballet dance in their bare feet.
JAZZ - female
Leotard or form-fitting tank top with convertible tights, black leggings, or athletic shorts.
Tan slip-on jazz shoes
Hair should be tied back & off their face.
JAZZ - male
Solid colored athletic pants & white t-shirt.
Black slip-on jazz shoes.
TAP - female/male
Leotard, tank top or t-shirt with pants that the dancer is comfortable tapping in & exposes the ankle.
Tap I dancers can wear Mary Jane style tap shoes.
All dancers in Tap II & above must wear Bloch or Capezio brand tap shoes in the following models:
Bloch: Sync, Respect, Chloe & Maud, Jason Samuel Smith
Capezio: Fluid, Cadence, Roxy
Shoes not on this list can only be worn with instructor permission.
Hair should be tied back & off their face.
