Ballet - Male

● Black athletic pants and white fitted shirt.

● Black ballet shoes with white or black socks. Preferably Capezio, Bloch, Sansha, Grishko, or Fuze brand.

Ballet - Female

All ballet dancers will need tights and a solid-colored leotard to participate in their classes.

All ballet dancers should arrive to class with their hair in a slick back bun.

○ Ballet I-V must wear full-sole leather slippers.

○ Upper Levels VI-VIII may wear split-sole canvas shoes.

● Joy of Dance, Creative Movement and Pre-Ballet dance in their bare feet.

Jazz - Female

● Leotard or form-fitting tank top with convertible tights, black leggings, or athletic shorts

● Tan slip-on jazz shoes.

● Hair should be tied back & off the face & neck.

Jazz - Male

● Solid colored athletic pants and white t-shirt.

● Black slip on jazz shoes.

Tap - Male & Female

● Leotard, tank top or t-shirt with athletic shorts or pants that expose the ankle.

● Beginning Tap dancers can wear Mary Jane style tap shoes.

● All dancers in Intermediate and Advanced Tap must have black Bloch or Capezio brand tap shoes in one of the following models:

○ Bloch: Sync, Respect, Chloe & Maud, Jason Samuel Smith

○ Capezio: Fluid, Cadence, Roxy

○ Shoes not on this list can only be worn with instructor permission

● Hair should be tied back & off the face & neck
